One house, two private entrances, built for groups of up to 12. This is the full duplex: two complete homes side by side, booked together. Two full kitchens, two living rooms, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms (two with king beds) plus two sofa beds. Everyone gets their own space. Nobody is on top of each other. THE LAYOUT - Side A: two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, living room with sofa bed - Side B: two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, living room with sofa bed - Shared backyard between the two sides THE BACKYARD Outdoor games (bowling, giant Connect 4, cornhole), a swing set, an unheated soaking pool (a refreshing plunge pool, not a full-size swimming pool), sun loungers, and a BBQ area. This is where the group ends up every evening. INSIDE - Massage chair - Air hockey table and arcade games - Roku TVs with Netflix and HBO Max, sound bar - Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace - Washer and dryer - Central air conditioning LOCATION 10 minutes to Brickell and Downtown, 15 to South Beach, 10 to the Port of Miami, 12 to the airport.
