Other Details to Note
A few honest notes so there are no surprises: - This is one side of a duplex. The backyard (games, soaking pool, swing set) is shared with the unit next door. - The soaking pool is unheated and plunge-sized, not a swimming pool. - Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Just let us know. - Exterior security cameras cover the entrances and driveway only. - Travel insurance is a smart idea; our cancellation policy applies as listed. Need more room? We also host the whole house (both sides, sleeps 12). Ask us. Protection: like most Miami homes, we ask for a small damage waiver ($43) or a refundable deposit after booking, whichever you prefer. Questions? Message us. We're flexible. Ask about early check-in or late check-out. Subject to availability, small fee applies.
