Stephanie was great! Anytime we had a question or concern, she replied right away, which was awesome. Her place was amazing, very clean and welcoming. The view was incredible, also with Vanderbilt College right there! The Graduate is right next door with a great rooftop bar and broadway is not far at all! I would definitely return next time we are in Nashville!!

The apartment was clean with a beautiful view. After going to broadway you really can appreciate a place that is not directly on broadway. This location is close enough to take a short Uber ride 10min but far enough that you are not constantly around the craziness of broadway. Most everything we did was only a 10min drive. Also the beds are probably some of the most comfortable things I’ve ever felt. On top of that Stephanie is a great host and very responsive. My brother left his head phones in the Airbnb and she worked with us !

I had a great stay! The Airbnb was super nice, spotless, and had an amazing view of the city. It was exactly as described—clean, modern, and comfortable. The place was beautiful and looked exactly as described and in the pictures. There were restaurants within walking distance. Parking was close by and the condo was beautiful. Very peaceful and really felt like home!!!

This place was exceptional! The location was the perfect distance from Broadway—which is what we wanted! We used the roof top pool every day. That was an awesome space, extension of the beautiful corner apartment. The apartment was incredible in every way!!! Thank you for offering this space at such a reasonable price!

Most excellent stay in Midtown. Condo was spotless, comfortable, modern and well equipped to meet our culinary needs. Right across the street from the Vanderbilt University with bus stop at the nearest corner. Coffee shops, restaurants, music row and Broadway all within walking distance. Stephanie provided quick responses to questions making our arrival seamless. Will return!!!
